Love my bobblehead! I really like the product that I received — the quality feels great, and they sent me emails at various stages of the design process to confirm the bobblehead's look. The head bobbles around, which I quite like. With so many bobblehead options out there, I was initially unsure which one to choose, but I'm happy with my decision to go with bobbleheads.com. Amazing service! So they made a terrific bobblehead and the likeness was incredible. It was so good, but that's not why I'm writing this. The package was sent via USPS and the box was badly damaged when it arrived. We opened it and the bobblehead was damaged too. I sent pictures and they made it a priority to get another one done and sent it via FedEx the second time and it arrived in perfect condition. The fact that they 1, did great work, 2, made things right when the USPS damaged the box and 3, shipped it in another way to ensure it would arrive undamaged is all you can ask for from a company that you're doing business with. Everything they had control over they handled so incredibly well, and I'll gladly do business with them should another need arise. Thank you!

This was one of the most painful… This was one of the most painful experiences I think I've ever had the misfortune of paying for! I'm uncertain if their 'artists' can read english, which in itself caused enough agony but for me, the worst was when they started using photos of a person that I didn't even know! They offer no refunds, even if they are at fault - buyer beware! The whole process took 6 months, the company doesn't care, they only are interested in your hard earned cash. Save your sanity and money by going elsewhere.
