Amazing service! So they made a terrific bobblehead and the likeness was incredible. It was so good, but that's not why I'm writing this. The package was sent via USPS and the box was badly damaged when it arrived. We opened it and the bobblehead was damaged too. I sent pictures and they made it a priority to get another one done and sent it via FedEx the second time and it arrived in perfect condition. The fact that they 1, did great work, 2, made things right when the USPS damaged the box and 3, shipped it in another way to ensure it would arrive undamaged is all you can ask for from a company that you're doing business with. Everything they had control over they handled so incredibly well, and I'll gladly do business with them should another need arise. Thank you!

I've had 5 custom Royal Bobbleheads… I've had 5 custom Royal Bobbleheads made for gufts by Warren, Rachel and their excellent staff. Two were later purchased in bulk by the subjects. I highly recommend Royal Bobbleheads.
