The service and customer service here is some of the best I’ve ever received 🤍 I’d researched a machine but still had a few questions, Kirsty was fantastic - very knowledgable, helpful and honest. She listened to me and understood my what I needed, all of my queries were answered quickly and nothing seemed like too much trouble I ended up purchasing a machine & accessories, delivery was prompt and I was kept informed of the progress. Even afterwards I rang for some advice (user error!) and again Kirsty was brilliant. I cannot recommend this company enough, do not hesitate to buy from them! 😍

Very helpful service, owns your problem and will try their utmost to sort it - no problem is too difficult for them. Just brilliant and wouldn't go past them for orders.

Excellent service I took in my Brother machine this morning fearing the worst since a horrible jammed and broken needle incident. It was evaluated, tested and fixed in about 20 minutes. And no charge! Outstanding.

Amazing Amazing, speedy service! Knowledgeable and able to provide support for correct use of my sewing machine. I took my sewing machine in midday on Monday and got a phone call to say it had been completed less than a day later! My sewing machine was returned in immaculate condition and service was outstanding, I wouldn’t take it anywhere else!
