Not allowed to exchange unworn Christmas gift. Very disappointed in the quality of customer service. I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas. Could not track package due to never receiving tracking number. Reached out to customer service via email who was not really helpful on when package would be received just verified, they received my order. That was not my questions I wanted to know how to track my package and if it would be received by Christmas due to ordering early December. Long story short my son did not like the jacket but saw one on website for the same exact price who wanted to exchange for. Only for me to be told by the same customer service rep Blaire that the jacket can only be exchanged for a different size. Although nice products I will not order from this website again. Who wants to be stuck with a product you're not going to wear?

Fantastic Anime Clothing/Accessories I was ecstatic to find a clothing store with my favorite anime, utilizing epic visual pieces for the clothing designs. I cannot wait to get my order! Will post another review once product comes in! Definitely check out their online store!

Super easy to make purchases Website was super easy to navigate. You just need to click on the anime you are interested in and it will show you all the merch that they have of it. The best part is that they have amazing merch especially for my custom keyboard. Purchasing is easy; you can pay via paypal or credit card if you prefer and it gets registered to your Shop app once you hit that purchase so you can track your order right away. It was a great experience transaction wise and browsing wise.

Gym bros squirtle keychain Have a squirtle squad themed corvette and been looking everywhere for squirtle squad gear and stumbled upon the gym bros squirtle keychain couldn’t be happier with my purchase because 1 I love to workout and 2 come on it’s squirtle wearing his shades!!! 10/10 recommend this site as I looked around and this is a anime persons dream and will definitely be buying more stuff from them!

So far so good So far so good, all the positive reviews make me feel hopeful but I am a little worried about the sizes of my purchase. The leggings specifically I assume are stretchy. There were some reviews online (pictures) that made me think the large would be too big for my girlfriend despite the size charts, so I ordered a size down. Will update with pics once received. I left the company a tip in my checkout section hoping that IF I need needed to exchange the sizes they would be willing. Fingers Crossed!
