GBBeware price hike and auto renewal! Initially satisfied with the product however I hadn't used for over 6 months and was unaware that I had a recurring subscription. The auto renewal function at 197$ a year for a product I don't use is outrageous. In response to the reply. I received an email from HD piano on the 11th April stating that I was missed and asking me to consider renewing. I then noted that the sum of £161.83 was debited from my account from HD piano due to an auto renewal. I am sure that your site metrics show that I have not accessed the site for the last 6-12 months. Auto renewal/billing of a service that you know I don't use suggests the prioritisation of profit over good faith. I have not received any direct correspondence from HD piano following this post. I would welcome a full refund.

GBNot for me I had a terrible experience because the videos would stop altogether, take a long time to continue and then wouldn't be synced to what was being shown so I could not learn anything. There was no sheet music to go along with the videos that might have filled in the missing parts and I don't think most of the videos were tailored for beginners. Names of chords and notes were not clearly outlined in every instance. There are other, much better teaching sites available.

GBThis is truly a wonderful program This is truly a wonderful program, and well worth the money. My son tried traditional music classes, both group and private, and didn't do well at all. Now, with HDpiano, he is playing Journey, Bohemian Rhapsody, Boogie Woogie....you name it. He loves that he learns at his own speed, and picks songs that he likes. He actually has gotten quite good in a relatively short period of time. I'm impressed with him, and this music learning system. Thanks HDpiano!!! John M. Lakeside, CA

GBFrom easy to next range of difficulty I really like Devons’ approach to teaching. I’ve been slaving away with The Bee Gees song, How Deep is your love. I’m up to Chorus thus far. Do you have some ideas how I can group measures together. Maybe I can remember much easier. I’ve been away from the piano for 20 years. Forgot most what I was taught. Getting much better now, with practice every other day to almost every day if I can.

GBits like having a piano teacher next to… its like having a piano teacher next to you, you can cut a segment of the part you are strugling with and it loops over and over again.you slow down the playback speed to suit you, and he shows you the fingering of the left and right hands aswell, really great experince unfortunately funds are tight at the moment ,BUT when things get better i going straight back with the subscription,or maybe you guys can lower the price a bit.All in All great piano learning channel
