Beware price hike and auto renewal! Initially satisfied with the product however I hadn't used for over 6 months and was unaware that I had a recurring subscription. The auto renewal function at 197$ a year for a product I don't use is outrageous. In response to the reply. I received an email from HD piano on the 11th April stating that I was missed and asking me to consider renewing. I then noted that the sum of £161.83 was debited from my account from HD piano due to an auto renewal. I am sure that your site metrics show that I have not accessed the site for the last 6-12 months. Auto renewal/billing of a service that you know I don't use suggests the prioritisation of profit over good faith. I have not received any direct correspondence from HD piano following this post. I would welcome a full refund.

A Very Happy Camper! I have been a singer/entertainer all of my life and continuing now at the age of 76. I am a beginner at using this site but have found many of the "old school" song that I love and still sing, like "still" and "easy" by the Commodore. I am also a beginner at the keyboard, and I am learning to play with both hands, and I feel that someday with my lessons I will be able to play with both hands while singing; that will be an amazing moment for me. As I said before, I am an old guy who is not that good with this new technology, but whenever I had a problem, I would write the company and Stephanie would respond in a timely fashion. Now, if I may address a couple of the complaints by other users. Someone complained that one of the instructors played too fast. Well, it is possible to slow the video down all the way to a crawl, but I only use the 75% speed when necessary to record which finger the teacher uses. One user had a problem with the loop, and I just learned about it yesterday, and it is a good feature. What you need to do is write down the time where you want to start and end the video. For example: 6:18 to 6:54. I tried it just yesterday and it works great. Finally, I have created a blank worksheet via excel to record the notes. Thirty-three notes across the top from F to C. The third C from the left is middle C; I made a darker line on both sides for middle C to stand out. I wish I could get the chance to share it with anyone who would want it. Please don't think that I wish to tell anyone what they should do. I am only trying to help...Algia

One HUGE problem... I think the instructors, lessons, and song choices are GREAT, no complaints, although it would be nice if you could expand the search capabilities, for instance I'd like to be able to search for all the songs that have been arranged with a Melody version. You get some by using the keyword 'Melody' but not all of them. I also like the fact that the sheet music is available for download on Musicnotes, even though it's an extra fee. The one HUGE problem is the interface. I'm using an iPad and originally started with the App, but it would hang up constantly, I reached out to support and they said the App was going away and I should use the Browser version. Well the Browser version doesn't hang up, but it has other problems that make it unusable for practicing. I wonder if anyone there as even tried the Browser version on a mobile device, things like creating a loop on the video are just stupid. When you click the Loop function a box shows up on the vide to set the Start Point, but it covers up the video controls, so there is no way to hit play to start the video back up after setting the Start Point. Also the slider controls on the video don't give fine enough control to make it useful, in other words getting back to the section you want to practice is frustrating and time consuming. Also, when you come back to the site to practice every day, it loses your place on the video and your loop (at least the App saved these things), so again more frustration. The sad part is that I've seen other sites that have all of these video player issues worked out, I think the company needs to take a hard look at whoever is in charge of implementing the technology and ask why they are holding the company back with this horrible, outdated video player. What's the sense of having great arrangements and instruction if the interface makes it impossible to take advantage of?
