This season has been particularly erratic with bundled "deals", and I know you must have a headache every day having to deal with these tedious issues. We really appreciate your help. The level of frustration in dealing with a company who gives a different answer every time you deal with them, does not fulfill orders, will not release vouchers...I've literally never had a more frustrating experience in my entire life.

Usually don’t have any mishaps with… Usually don’t have any mishaps with TextbookX. However, the last time I purchased portal access for my class, it did not give me a code. Instead, it told me to access the course through my school’s learning module. My course has not started yet, so there is no way for me to know if I actually have access to the portal. Hopefully my money does not go to waste.

Easy to use The website is easy to use, and it's very convenient that my class schedule links to it so all of the books that I need are in one place. However, I usually just use the website to see what books I need, then order them through other places with cheaper prices and faster shipping. The books appear to be cheap on the site, but then shipping is very expensive and slow, so the books' total price ends up being cheaper elsewhere.
