The only issue I had with the service of this site is that back in the beginning of January when my second semester of college first started I tried to read an online textbook that I had already purchased the previous semester. The site said I still owned the book but I just wasn't able to read it, which was confusing and stressful. But outside of this experience, purchasing textbooks through this site has been really easy and useful.
