With access to a wide range of publications and news papers it's an ideal solution for my need to stay updated. Also have experienced prompt support to resolve a payment issue that caused a duplicate charge. Overall very happy with the service and product. Kudos..!

Customer Support team has done excellent job. Customer Support team has done wonderful job. They suggested the remedy for my iPad configuration. They collected data from my iPad (screen shots) and analysed it. Then suggested the solution. (which is beyond expectation). Most of the customer support teams will simply say there is problem with iPad. Every customer is not computer savvy. They helped me.

Eventually problem resolved… Eventually problem resolved satisfactorily. However,was a bit alarmed that Magzter had to ask me to send them copies of info they had sent me(invoices etc) to solve problem. A “technical glitch” was blamed. (People very courteous,by the way
