Fantastic customer support experience. What a fantastic customer support experience! 5 star all the way. I wanted to extend my current Magzter Gold subscription and reached out to Magzter support. Within hours I had a response including a "click to pay" link and a lower price than I had expected! I paid this invoice and forwarded the receipt back to Magzter support and within hours my subscription had been extended by 12 months. I'm an extremely happy subscriber!

Happy customer I have always been very happy with the Magzter App and the selection of magazines available here in South Africa. The real test for me is how a company responds when there are issues. I can only say that Christy from the Magzter support team is amazing. She was quick to respond, professional and arranged fixing the problem within a very reasonable time. Can highly recommend. Not sure why there are reviews saying this is a scam ... not my experience at all and I have been using Magzter for years.

Great product and efficient service This is the third year in a row where I have subscribed Magzter. I really find their gold plan value for money. With access to a wide range of publications and news papers it's an ideal solution for my need to stay updated. Also have experienced prompt support to resolve a payment issue that caused a duplicate charge. Overall very happy with the service and product. Kudos..!
