My tickets never arrived and I stupidly didn't callt hem until the morning of the event ! was on hold for not very long at all, and the agent on the phone kindly arranged for duplicates to be placed at the box office for collection. Thats the kind of service that will keep me coming back .All I can say is that it was a good experience.

I know I got lucky The service was good. I ordered tickets for an MLB game. Iwas told that the tickets weren't available and that they had sold already in the morning. But then they said they had upgrades, and I couldn't believe it! They put me an entire level of the ballpark closer. "Got what was promised" I had some problems on line and the free print out of tickets. Called a rep from this company . The man on the phone was very helpful and got me the front row tickets that I wanted. The overall cost was quite expensive but Ticketsinventory much cheaper than other online retailers. We had a great time at the event.
