My tickets never arrived and I stupidly didn't callt hem until the morning of the event ! was on hold for not very long at all, and the agent on the phone kindly arranged for duplicates to be placed at the box office for collection. Thats the kind of service that will keep me coming back .All I can say is that it was a good experience.

Best customer service ...Ever !! 2 years ago I bought tickets for a Laker game from Ticketsinventory without any problems. Last year, I bought tickets for Lady Gaga concert, at Madison Square Garden. I understand these tickets are hard to get so I pay more than the original price. But service was great and tickets were delivered one day after I ordered. Had a great experience with my husband . I know I got lucky The service was good. I ordered tickets for an MLB game. Iwas told that the tickets weren't available and that they had sold already in the morning. But then they said they had upgrades, and I couldn't believe it! They put me an entire level of the ballpark closer. I know I got lucky but, hey it's worth a shot. .I'll surely use Ticketsinventory again.
