Would give 0 stars if i could. Emailed them for technical assistance. No phone support. It had now been 16 days and no response. They have a history of taking forever to answer emails. I stopped my broadcast, blocked my credit card and moved to shoutcast. This company is a complete joke!!!!!

I was literally at my wits end… I was literally at my wits end following issues that had been continually cropping up since the new interface. The tech guys were fantastic and they helped me out very quickly. I have to say that in general, the entire customer support is fantastic with Live 365. Sometimes it may seem that I am waiting a while for a response, but I am in the UK so I have to consider time differences. Overall though, I am very happy with them and with the valuable help they give. Thank you all. Kay Cook-Abbott FRH Radio

Great Free Radio Great radio stations on the internet - comedy, spoken word, 80's, rock, etc. Lots to choose from and genres are well laid out & ranked according to listening hours. Maybe not the easiest site to use, but what it lacks in use is made up by the number of stations available. Worth a listen.

super support! Been using Live365 for 4 months and so far it’s been an excellent experience. They were very helpful getting me started and answered all my questions accurately and efficiently. Had a few questions after a couple months of running the station and got a response before the 24 hour window. Super happy with Live365!

Very disappointed with LIVE 365 and… Very disappointed with LIVE 365 and their President for their total disrespect for their customer's time. They make tons of money from selling space on their server for broadcasters to stream their radio station on their platform but do NOT allow these same Broadcasters to mention a link to their radio station on any Facebook Post on their Page. Plus I have never felt as disrespected as I did yesterday dealing with their President Jason Stoddard. The "rules" say a broadcaster can mention his station if s/he is helping others. My post was being helpful but LIVE 365 seems to be fast and loose with the rules and they change a lot as they go. I am currently looking for a new platform for my radio station and have already cancelled my subscription with LIVE 365 at the end of April 2024.
