Live365 Support Team Is The Best I've been with Live365 since June 2021. I've started with several phone calls to their support team. Very helpful and understanding. Since then I've contacted them via email and each time the response was quick and very informative. Thank you

GOING THE EXTRA MILE WHEN IT COUNTS I truly believe that any business can run under great circumstances. The great companies stand out when there is an issue. LIVE 365 struck gold when they hired Jason Stoddard as their GM. He is a Manager who understands the importance of his client base and has done everything in his power to fix any issues. I recently had Sirius XM ads running on my station. I like Sirius like the next guy but I don't want to advertise for a competitor and Sirius is my competitor in this radio game we play daily. I reached out to Jason and he worked his hardest to fix the issue, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you Jason and LIVE 365

Getting my station back on the air After 7 years of being on Shoutcast and Radionomy, I, like other broadcasters, were informed we would be dropped April 9th 2022....Thankfully, I had a Live365 station that had most of the same songs. I needed to reactivate it so The Indie Blend would go on. They reactivated the station for me after 6 months of being silent. I migrated all of the songs over and it sounds great....a carbon copy of my Shoutcast station....And at this minute, I am busy adding new songs. This tech team at Live365 had strong communication skills and started the work over the weekend. By Monday, it was perfect. I salute them -- great work!
