Poor customer service I have attempted multiple times to reach someone for order status with zero response (order placed Jan 16). I have called and left messages for Adam. I have left multiple emails to Adam as per the receipt and phone vmail box and I have left posts on your Facebook page. I would like to cancel my order ASAP! Order number 1749.

Great service It took some time before the order was shipped. I contacted the company, got quick feedback. It turned out that the package was sent without the status being updated. This is an international shipment I have not received it yet but i am confident it will appear soon!
