All products came in but not all at the… All products came in but not all at the same time as stated by the original order. I had to call in to find out what was going on as all products had the same shipping number and one part didn't arrive. I was told the manufacturer was sending it direct and I was going to get confirmation when it was coming. The product arrived without anyone from bms sending me the info when it was going to arrive.

Poor customer service I have attempted multiple times to reach someone for order status with zero response (order placed Jan 16). I have called and left messages for Adam. I have left multiple emails to Adam as per the receipt and phone vmail box and I have left posts on your Facebook page. I would like to cancel my order ASAP! Order number 1749.
