I had to call in to find out what was going on as all products had the same shipping number and one part didn't arrive. I was told the manufacturer was sending it direct and I was going to get confirmation when it was coming. The product arrived without anyone from bms sending me the info when it was going to arrive.

Not sure if I should try and cancel or not. Getting a request for a review before the order has shipped is weird. I'm guessing they don't have everything listed on the website in stock and are dropshipping items in bulk. Maybe call before ordering? Not a great experience so far.
