GBPlace order Place order, no updates on shipping. Staus 'Unfulfilled'. The email sent to info at bms-racing.com has not been answered. I haven't tried the 1-800 number yet. Not sure if I should try and cancel or not. Getting a request for a review before the order has shipped is weird. I'm guessing they don't have everything listed on the website in stock and are dropshipping items in bulk. Maybe call before ordering? Not a great experience so far.

GBOffers item not in stock This company offers low prices online but does not have the inventory in stock. I still have not received even a tracking number, let alone the product or a refund to my credit card. I had to file dispute with the credit card company. I guess if you don’t mind waiting serval weeks or months for your item they might be a good choice.

GBAll products came in but not all at the… All products came in but not all at the same time as stated by the original order. I had to call in to find out what was going on as all products had the same shipping number and one part didn't arrive. I was told the manufacturer was sending it direct and I was going to get confirmation when it was coming. The product arrived without anyone from bms sending me the info when it was going to arrive.

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience, I dropped off my wave runner for a diagnose that is still under factory warranty. Their sevice team lied on a their diagnosis and yamaha did not cover me. Further they lied that a hose was blown off, when i dropped it off the hose their referring too was not blown off. All they did was change a clamp and charge me over two hundred dollars. I will never go there again, and strongly encourage anyone not too use their services.

CAGreat customer service Great customer service. Had a mix-up on a back-ordered part ordered online (thus 4 stars instead of 5), but Adam was very responsive to emails and we got to a resolution quickly. Honest people!
