GBWonderful customer service! I ordered a print and was super excited when it arrived! When I opened it I noticed that it was the wrong one. I reached out an emailed support for assistance and explained the situation, sending them photos as well. They immediately apologized and sent the correct one my way! They were very communicative with me and even gave me a tracking number for my new poster. I just got it the other day and it got here super fast! Very happy with this experience and very appreciative of the kind help :)

GBHappy with product and service My first order came with a chipped corner due to shipping, not packaging. It was actually packaged very well. I reached out to the company and sent then a photo and they promptly sent me a replacement. Very pleased with the quality and customer service. I will be buying from here again. My order was exactly as pictured.

CAMy package arrived in horrible… My package arrived in horrible condition. I payed so much money for this and it’s broken. The figurine does not look like the picture. I am beyond desapointed

GBIt's been 8 days since my order shipped… It's been 8 days since my order shipped and when I track it it still says that the pre shipping label was created and no more tracking info is offered. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I contacted Island of Anime and they just sent me the link to track it which I had already done.
