Incorrect item sent I ordered a sweatshirt at the end of November (11/29/22). Your company sent the wrong sweatshirt the end of December 12/20/22) and I am still waiting for the sweatshirt I ordered.

DO NOT BUY Note: Shortly after writing this review there was money stolen from my bank account (fraud). 4 x £20 & 6 x £10 the next day. The theft would've carried on if not spotted. And this is the only suspicious company that had access to my bank info. This is poor quality junk from China. It's not even cheap and takes about a month to arrive. The sizing is miniature, Asian sizing. They hide the sizing chart within item pictures not visible on screen. The pricing appears in $, hiding it's true base is in China. EDIT: Ignore their response. They already know I got in touch with them on 10th April when the item arrived. Plus on 12th, 13th, 22nd, 29th and 30th April. Each time they were not helpful and refused to accept the item was of poor quality. They just quoted that they don't accept returns for sizing issues. I paid $25 for a t-shirt pictured as embroidered or dyed at the very least. I did not pay for the cheap inferior quality shiny transfer sticker top that was received.

My package arrived in horrible… My package arrived in horrible condition. I payed so much money for this and it’s broken. The figurine does not look like the picture. I am beyond desapointed

It's been 8 days since my order shipped… It's been 8 days since my order shipped and when I track it it still says that the pre shipping label was created and no more tracking info is offered. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I contacted Island of Anime and they just sent me the link to track it which I had already done.

Bad communication with emails and delivery updates I had order two Naruto Key Chains on the 22nd December and had been advised that I would receive a second email that my order is ready. It has been 9days already and I still haven’t received a response yet. Because of this lack of communication and reassurance, I decided to email them through their contact support. After this, I was supposed to receive a response within 24hours, however this doesn’t seem to be the case. I am very concerned that I have wasted money for nothing and would like the items I’ve purchased to be delivered to me.
