GBNice store; TERRIBLE Reward program management The store front is clean and the staff is nice. But they lost my business after they failed to honor their rewards program. I spent months and over 1000$ saving up points for a specific reward, only to get cuckolded the following week when they made drastic changes to their requirements. If a book catches your eye or you just want to talk about manga with the staff then go ahead. But I can’t recommend becoming a frequent shopper; these people don’t deserve your loyalty.

GBExcellent customer service Our package was delayed due to damage in shipping so we were sent another one at no cost--the catch is that we were moving out of state and had ordered the package to arrive before we left--we never received the replacement! So the company kindly sent us a third and included a free gift along with the sticker we ordered. So happy with the service we got!! And the bumper sticker I ordered is cute and great quality.
