Order got canceled Order got canceled. No reason why. Just canceled. Only to edit because I can not reply to your reply. There was no 3 emails or any means of contacting me. I placed the order on 3/14/2022 at 11:33 am. Then received a “refund notification” email on 3/14/2022 at 11:39 just stating that my order had been refunded. No explanation just that it was refunded to me and canceled. I even contacted credit card company to see if it was on my end that something didn’t go through. If I could post the screenshots of the emails and timelines I would. Have a great day.

3 months after expected delivery and still no update I cant speak to the quality of the product because it hasn't arrived yet. I've been sent emails to rate my item because it essentially supposed to be here last May. I reached out a couple months ago and was told I would get an update but haven't received a single update

Nice store; TERRIBLE Reward program management The store front is clean and the staff is nice. But they lost my business after they failed to honor their rewards program. I spent months and over 1000$ saving up points for a specific reward, only to get cuckolded the following week when they made drastic changes to their requirements. If a book catches your eye or you just want to talk about manga with the staff then go ahead. But I can’t recommend becoming a frequent shopper; these people don’t deserve your loyalty.
