In fact, I was at the final stage of payment on another website, when I double checked the model # and brand of the filter and lo and behold it was not the brand they originally said it was, so I never completed the sale. I tried to call their 800#, but only a recording. Just the opposite for SwimTownPools. I called immediately when I found them to be the next company on the web that had the filter I needed and they were very helpful and assured me that the brand Unicel is going to be the one I get. I received the product in a timely fashion and will definitely buy from this company again.
