The staff was very helpful from the… The staff was very helpful from the start. The process was transparent. I have a bad experience in the past with a different company and was hesitant but so far so good. Prior to funding the manager of the funding/ underwriting team gave me a call and was very helpful by answering all of my questions while taking the time to get to know my business.

They Listen me , thank you a rep call me and really cared about my experience and told me it was an error made unaware of. He was honest and made it right which made me turn around with a 5 star review. As a small business owner its important to feel heard and they did just that. Thank you
