Jose now head funding honcho granted me 2 stays to my payments 1 while changing banks and the other while my renewal was in underwriting. Both times and 15 nsfs later I was denied the renewal because of Jose’s inability to let the money department know if the stay. The money department who I informed after the first notice of nsfs flat out told me that what I was saying was incorrect because he’d never seen it before and continued to take payments a direct violation of federal law considering he had been notified in writing aka text or email and via phone. Now they’re sending me to collections and are expecting me to pay the nsfs they accrued on my account.
