GB4-weeks and still waiting They keep sending lame emails telling me that UPS has picked up the shipment and the tracking info will be updated in 24 hours. Who are they kidding. I'm hoping just to get my money back.

GBJust the worst customer service...worst experience...but I got the equipment I eventually got all the equipment I ordered. And it's true the price was excellent. But it took six months, and many dealings with customer service and, finally, what got their attention...challenging the Visa charges. Their "live chat" is a joke. It's clear that what they do is take your payment and then try to find the equipment. They immediately list "UPS Ticket Generated" which simply means that they have generated a packing slip for UPS. That has nothing to do with whether or not that slip has been affixed to a package or UPS has been contacted. In my opinion, what I got in stress and anguish from them was not worth the price savings.

GBNOT RELIABLE I ordered polk audio speakers, got a mail the speakers will be mailed in few days, it is more than 10 days and I have not received any notification of the shipment.

GBDo not give out any information such as credit card number to this "company" I had the exact same experience as the other 3 reviewers. I ordered a Polk Tsi100 bookshelf speakers and immediately got a confirmation. Then it was all downhill. Several days later I asked for a status update twice once through my email confirmation and another through their "live chat". I had to leave a message on their "live chat". In fact I checked many times and there was never anybody on this "live chat". Pay attention to that. They did not respond. Several days later I asked for a status of the order again. Again no response. One and a half weeks later I had to change my cc # since this was at the very least a company that does not care about its customers. They refused to respond. Spend a little extra on a reputable site that might actually send you the product you ordered and respond to the customer. It seems like a scam company to me.

GBExcellent Experience I purchased several Audio/Video equipment from this outfitter and the prices were the lowest on the internet (trust me I researched thoroughly) and they responded to all my emails promptly and accurately. Products arrived in the predicted time (3-4 business days). I hve since recommended others and they had similar satisfactory experiences. Will shop again for sure.
