This company is great This company is great. If you don’t want to waist your time calling customer service to claim the warranty just let WARRANTY VALET do it for you. They will try and try to work with customer service until you get warranty parts. Thank you so much Melissa, you are truly a professional. This place is a joke This place is a joke. Was told to return new tv, that lasted not even two months, just to be told by Walmart that this place is a hoax and not to pay them anything. My issue was not resolved through this, still without a tv since Dec 24, 2023. Brand new tv ONN brand was bought Oct 28, 2023. Ongoing problem since Dec and it’s now Feb. Garbage brand and garbage service!
