Roller Coaster with positive finish My experience was up and down, finishing on an up note. Just having to make a warranty claim is unpleasant in the first place, and then when I realized that I couldn't make a warranty claim directly to Best Buy on this Insignia product, which is a Best Buy brand, that was a downer too. Then, while Warranty Valet agreed to submit it for me, they said they would submit it faster if I paid them a monthly fee, the size of which is based on the number of items I wanted covered. When I declined to do so, they said that then my warranty claim would be at the end of the line. I told them that if it takes too long, I will take that into account in ever buying an Insignia product again. In the end, though, only a few days passed until I heard from Best Buy that I should bring in the Insignia product (a malfunctioning shredder). And Best Buy agreed to replace the shredder. So in the end I'm satisfied with Warranty Valet. I would advise anyone, however to decline to pay for their service. It does not appear to be necessary.

Fast Service, Slow Delivery I had two identical Delta faucets that were in need of repair. Both were dripping to where they could not be stopped. One was also leaking from the handle flooding the countertop and floor. WARRANTY VALET was very prompt, friendly and professional - I give them 5 Stars. The faucet company sent two replacement parts. It fixed one but the one handle was still leaking. They then sent the same exact part after I sent them a pic of what part looked like it was in need of repair. After I reported that, it took forever for it to be delivered. They would have got a 5 Star if they would have just overnighted it after they sent wrong part. Date I first reported issue, December 8, 2023. Date I received last part to fix my issue, January 9, 2024.

Excellent service and quick turnaround Excellent service and quick turnaround! I received my replacement for my Fitbit in a day. Very impressive and Melissa was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely using this company for all my warranty needs.

Melissa Clifford warranty customer… Melissa Clifford warranty customer agent was so professional and responsive on all her endeavors to help me reach a settlement on my claim . She went beyond to make sure I was taken care of and it was completed and resolved to the end for a least 2months. She is a real gem to your company and I truly appreciate her.
