Good bye Travelex I've been using Higlobe to receive money from USD to BRL, which is incredible. The spread is 0.5%, and there aren't any other fees, which is fantastic. It connects pretty well with Deel (The place where my client pays for my services). One good thing about Higlobe is the exchange process, which was finalized instantly, and the money was in my Brazilian account immediately. The velocity is not the only best part! I was using another exchange service, making me pay $5 for each transfer, and now I'm saving my money. Another feature that made me excited to be using Higlobe was the international pre-paid card, which opens a lot of possibilities. I fully recommend Higlobe! The account opening process and the get started process are really clear and fast.

Converted amount don't match with displayed value I was doing a withdraw from U$ to R$ and the U$ amount converted to R$ using the given displayed rate don't match with the R$ displayed amount. Using the U$ amount (minus Higlobe exchange fee) multiplied by the given exchange rate resulted in a number bigger then the R$ amount displayed.

Withdrawal Failure Hi, I did a withdrawal last Friday and for some internal error the money wasn’t send to the destination account and the account statement also not shown that transaction, however the money "disappeared" from my account. To solve this issue I had to talk with support and then the money was finally moved to destination account two days after the action be executed (commercial time). It would be helpful if the user could see when a transaction had some error, this info in the account statement or in a specific menu would be enough to be aware of what happened.

There was a little bit easy open the… There was a little bit easy open the account, but I believe that it would be easier if there were illustrations next to the texts and also more details about the necessary documents and amounts charged before starting the process of creating the registration. I think if Higlobe has an app it will be even better, beacuse will be more easy to get into the account and could make notifications appear advertizing about new transations
