Purchased an item from Hollywood… Purchased an item from Hollywood memorabilia, loved the item but really didnt love the £50 tax and duties invoice i received after a month with no warning. Extra costs of delivery, shipping and then tax and duties, the items weren't as good a deal as originally thought

Got a Dead Man's Autograph somehow ! Sent an autographed picture of a band, saying it was from 1995, when one of the members who autographed the picture passed away in 1990. Still haven't heard back from my email requesting a response, nor can I find a phone number on the site. Also the holographic code sticker thing they put on doesn't work with the COA company. Very shady, stay away from this company

Shelby provided great customer service! Shelby did a great job helping me out with my order!! I purchased my item on September 6th for a September 30th birthday but I didn't notice until mid September it wouldn't be shipped until October 15th. I contacted the website to pay for updated shipping & Shelby was incredibly helpful getting my order to me in time. Today is the birthday & I am so excited to give this gift! When I had a small issue with something I had purchased, Cristin helped me, and she was really great! She was very responsive, followed-up promptly, and was very professional, courteous, and helpful.
