I had issues with getting my item… I had issues with getting my item cleared from customs. Sent a mail and Matthew replied me almost instantly with the correct info I needed. He’s been super helpful in this progress and I thank him a lot for it!

Shelby provided great customer service! Shelby did a great job helping me out with my order!! I purchased my item on September 6th for a September 30th birthday but I didn't notice until mid September it wouldn't be shipped until October 15th. I contacted the website to pay for updated shipping & Shelby was incredibly helpful getting my order to me in time. Today is the birthday & I am so excited to give this gift! Very impressed I had erroneously given the wrong delivery address on my order. Sarah promptly addressed the problem and got it changed. Very courteous, professional and detailed. I am impressed with her diligence.
