GBCustomer service takes long Customer service sucks. Been trying to contact them for a double charge for their annual fee and no one has gotten back. Left a voice mail. No one answers their contact number at all. Update They took care of the issue and was very professional about it and I respect that. Updated from 1 star to 4. I’m an easy man and I hold no grudges as long as everything is made right. They’re still one of the best site to get digital music from.

GBWaste of time and money. Don't Buy Right first off I didn't buy into it I could tell from when the website loaded it's no go. Website if so poorly made 2 year old could make the website better. You are charging outranges fee $199.56? The selection of music doesn't cut it. No latest music or charts what so ever.? Music is hard to find due to poorly made website. No Apple or Android app? What should be must these days. Guys don't buy this poorly service. Stick to YouTube for $139.99 with Downloads and Videos..

GBLimited selection Navigation and ability to demo songs could be made easier. Limited music in particular R&B music. Could not find throw backs that used to be available.

It continually aims to stay updated whilst still having a good back catalogue. It proves to be a great place to build one's collection.

TTThis is a great company that i would… This is a great company that i would recommend and continue using, but your data based needs to be deeper in terms of providing older music as well. A DJ may be searching for a song that he may have lost or otherwise. So its just a suggestion.
