USI am a frequent traveler I am a frequent traveler. I have bought insurance from this agency for years. The reason I kept coming back was their well-designed website. Over the years, I had to call a couple of times, and on both calls, I got 2 agents who were short, not helpful, and seemed to be bothered by the call. I put up with that customer service. Last week, I was trying to purchase insurance and had a question. I called and the holding time was too long. They offered for a call back within 24 hours, so I left a message. No one called me back. I left another message, and again no one called back after 48 hours. I tried the chat option, but my question and the explanation were hard to do by a chat. There are intricate insurance questions that can only be explained by talking to someone. I asked the person if they could call me and he said that they are not able to call back. I have bought so many plans from them and they made a commission effortlessly because of their good web site. Fortunately, I never had to file a claim. I can imagine how horrible it would be dealing with them if I ever needed help. I was a loyal customer. No more. There are so many better agencies that would pick up the phone and talk to you in a courteous manner. Bye Bye InsuremyTrip.

USDo not buy Trawick International… Do not buy Trawick International insurance through InsureMyTrip.com. After initial payment if there is a claim involved they do not respond to emails, calls after telling us that our claim was being processed. We have been waiting for over a month now and are done trying to call. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Trawick. We have also contacted InsureMyTrip.com and have not received a response either. UPDATE: I finally received a response from Insure My Trip and Trawick. Although I did not get the amount I thought was in the policy I got a check. WHICH WAS BETTER THEN NOTHING.

US"InsureMyTrip" has excellent customer service!! "InsureMyTrip" has excellent customer service. They assisted me in getting a refund on a policy for a trip I had to cancel due to the cover.19 issue. They also assisted me with cancelling a policy I signed up for by mistake. Hard to believe they were so fast to respond during this extremely busy time. I would highly recommend this company when looking for trip insurance. I plan to use them again and again.

USInsuring my trip was never so easy! I have happily used Insuremytrip.com several times in the past, but this time felt the need to call them. Wow! Kathy really took the time to find out what I wanted/needed, and explained all the different choices to me. It was easy to understand---even the pre-existing conditions clauses! Friendly, pleasant, helpful---what more could I ask for? Got exactly what I needed, and it was totally painless.

USKnowledgable...Friendly....Detailed I have used InsureMyTrip on at least three occasions, once for personal travel and twice for insuring our church on an international short term missions project. The call center was very helpful in identifying our specific needs and easily walked us through what some might consider a confusing process, especially when you are insuring individuals on a team of over twenty people. The call center staff was well informed, friendly and very detailed. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.
