GBNot impressed at all! Not impressed at all! Recently bought three policies from them and now need to make a simple date change to a policy. Impossibly difficult for something so simple…many emails….many phone calls and it’s still not completed. Go direct to the insurance company to purchase not through this second level of agents who can’t make a decision! All they care about is the original sale! We have always used Allianz direct in the past and had exceptional service. We switched to save some money but not worth it! Never again…don’t use Insure My Trip!
