GBI ordered a fig pin in August and still… I ordered a fig pin in August and still haven't gotten it or any news on it. It is currently January when I am writing this. Messaged support twice and never got a response.

GBFew criticisms Slow shipping. Was told mystery boxes would ship by July 10th but tracking didn’t update until July 22nd. On top of this, if the mystery boxes didn’t sell out there is a chance that the grail item will not ship giving consumers a 0 chance of receiving the grail.. personally I think they should cancel if it’s mystery boxes don’t sell out. I don’t think I will be ordering again.

GBCancelled my preorder on Pokemon… Cancelled my preorder on Pokemon Champion's Path ETB the day the product should have been out without any emails telling me my order has been cancelled. A few weeks ago while thinking I am still able to get my order fulfilled, they had posted preorders of this product being available but for $10 more than what I originally paid for. This would tell me that they have the product (or the proper allocation of the product from the distributor) and therefore, I shouldn't expect a cancellation. However, I was wrong. Very bad business just to get an extra $10. Will never attempt to buy from this seller again.
