Cancelled Order Company cancelled my full order of Champions Path ETBs without any explanation. Seems like it was an allocation issue, but they put ETBs on the store page at $10 more than what I ordered at. Do not recommend.

Excellent customer care with getting my preorder. Excellent customer care with getting my Funko pop that had been pushed back due to the pandemic. They let me know why the delay and when it finally shipped. The packaging was top notch.

Few criticisms Slow shipping. Was told mystery boxes would ship by July 10th but tracking didn’t update until July 22nd. On top of this, if the mystery boxes didn’t sell out there is a chance that the grail item will not ship giving consumers a 0 chance of receiving the grail.. personally I think they should cancel if it’s mystery boxes don’t sell out. I don’t think I will be ordering again.
