I don't know... Well it really speeds up downloading even from hosts that have very slow servers and I'm on trial time but I reading reviews and it's clearly something wrong like, you have 1star or 5 which to me means 1star is not happy customer, 5star is your own opinions. Website says 20years anniversary with 2 000 000 registered users and you have 20 opinions on trust pilot... ATM to me you works fine, no issues but after what I've read I'm not gonna buy license. People say you blocking them and asking for passport, this is bad. I'm not sure about the company that's why I give 3* so it doesn't change their total rate at all and you all can read my thoughts.

Best in Windows!!! The best for years. I love that they offer a one time lifetime license. I can’t find any other download manager on Windows that even comes closer. CS is also very helpful and responds swiftly.

Product downloads fine...BUT..can't use… Product downloads fine...BUT..can't use computer while it does...had it for 4 or 5 years on win 7x64 with 64 gb ram and it bogs the computer way down....uses java, I believe. My mouse freezes, then creeps, freezes, then creeps..programs and screen reaaaaaaaal slow to respond..have to stop downloading with it to do anything else. It should not bog my computer down as it does. And yes, have done clean install of OS and everything..still verrrrry slow.
