The code didnt worked and they didnt give a refund I did buy the license and it turns out the code didnt worked. It said the serial number blocked by the server. Already contact them and they said its because I used the code outside the resident when I purchased like okay?? I currently on a vacation and I used my own card so its useless. They didnt give me a refund. bad experience with them

I have used this program for many years… I have used this program for many years and it always delivers to download videos from Youtube and Facebook and elsewhere. Their customer service team is first class and through all the changes on the internet and my various PC and laptop updates, etc., they have always responded quckly with quickly with the right solution.
