Seemed to work pretty well at first… Seemed to work pretty well at first with the first file I was downloading which was a pretty large one (26.GB) Now I did this with their free trial, and expected somewhat of a good outcome with it's reputation of being able to increase the speed significantly of any file! but I was extremely dissapointed with how all it took was for me to close the lid of my laptop briefly, and come back to the entire download ruined! I was recieving error messages talking about "file can't be resumed" suggesting I try all these tips, and steps that no one has time for!! to make things worse, idm is a PAID service, so you'd think that with the requirment of having to pay for long time use, would ensure every customer/ user that what they're paying for is not flimsy and LEGIT, I shouldn't have to worry about not closing my laptop just for a file to download properly, for other downloading managers that don't require a form of payment in return i'd usually cut slack for, as they're providing users with free applications, which is helpful for anyone, but if it's a program like this? recieving cash on the daily?
