A lot of the reviewers seem to have issues with shipping times, but mine arrived in just over two weeks, which is great and much sooner than expected. I splurged for the colored plastic model, and it looks great. I would have given it five stars, but I felt like when it renders it for you on the site, it adjusts the colors to show how it'll look, but it doesn't account for the quality of some of the finer details. So what I received wasn't exactly how it looked on the site, but I'm still really impressed. I would definitely go through Hero Forge again for my next miniature.

Waste of time. I should've looked at the buying options before spending hours perfecting my miniature. I played around with paints a lot to get it to be just right, thinking I could get it to look at least a little bit like that when buying the final product. But, no, the colored, printed version is atrocious! I really don't see the point in having all these glossy paints if I'll have to paint it myself.

I am beyond disappointed I am beyond disappointed in the miniature we received. I ordered it for my husband’s birthday as a gift, at the very beginning of August and it didn’t ship until the day before his birthday (the 24th). When we finally received it, it looked NOTHING like the one I designed. But I’m surprised I could even tell with how tiny the thing is. $50 for a piece of plastic trash.

A WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Not worth the ridiculous expense. My husband was so excited to make this figure. He meticulously created it for days. Just the right shape, colors, and details. It arrived today. He is very disappointed. $60!! All the effort was for not. The details are non-existent. The color is just gray. The overall expectation was a colorful, detailed figure. He is OK with what he received. He should be thrilled. They will not get our money again.
