It is the worst system I ever see in my life. the messages alert after failure are too general. It told me everything but was not helpful. It seems like the system was designed to fail the verification process especially for a people are holding the international passport. After a multiple time on trying and have email conversation with the customer support. I finally got my reward from them. Although I uploaded the info through the link that they provided multiple times where a real person do a verification, It all paid off in the end. The customer support is great. however, it could be better and more efficiency. I just cannot imagine my id verification process are take longer than half month.

Flash Rewards is trustworthy I'm giving Flash Rewards the stars because they follow through. However, it takes patience and work. The companies that offer the credits through them don't all follow through. But when I brought my issues to customer service, they were addressed and handled.
