Not a total waste of time!!! I have to edit this review and change it from 1 to 4. because the day after I left this review, they sent me the $250.00 gift card I was trying to claim. However I feel compelled to leave the brief explanation of my issues below. I got down to the last two games to collect the $750.00. I needed level 10 and lvl 18, they stopped crediting me with lvls at lvl 5 for both even though I was lvl 12 and 19. I conceded and tried to collect the $250.00 visa instead, i met all their criteria, there was always one more hoop to jump through then one more and one more etc until they stated they would not pay up because my mailing address did not match my street address. They accepted my mailing address when I signed up but later rejected it. It took three months to play all the games on the list. I did not spend any money during the process because I did not expect it to be legit.

Pleasantly Surprised! I went into this challenge fully expecting there to be a catch somewhere along the way preventing me from getting any reward... but low and behold I received my $250 Amazon Gift Card today via email. I spent no money to get it either. Flash Rewards were diligent and speedy about answering my emails when I became confused about something and they were quick to rectify when a deal didn't post in the time frame specified. So a few hiccups along the way but I received good customer service every time. If you have patience, organization, and stick out the process, you can do this! Flash Rewards is legit! This is a different domain name than that of another company claiming to be "Flash Rewards" which is: flashrewards.co. Using the same logo. I have a feeling this illegitimate site is a phishing scam.

Biggest scam you'll find Biggest scam you'll find. Some get paid out, who knows, maybe to keep bringing other in? 3 weeks of dealing with over 10 agents, 3 supervisors and having my claim escalated to management, I still have not been able to claim my reward after completing every deal. They follow their talking points when you try to call them, you'll never get anything sorted out. Avoid unless you love wasting your time.

I’m struggling with ID verification I’m struggling with ID verification. I’ve used up all my attempts. Sent emails asking for help and suggesting if someone can review my document manually, as one of their emails stated. However, they keep sending me the same automated email with instructions on how to verify the ID using the link they provide. I literally can’t use the link anymore!! Now they’re telling me to reach out to their team again when I’ve already sent them about 5 emails. How did they even try to locate my account?? Scammers.
