Get my reward! Good customer service, worst automated verification system The automated identity verification process is not smart enough. It is the worst system I ever see in my life. the messages alert after failure are too general. It told me everything but was not helpful. It seems like the system was designed to fail the verification process especially for a people are holding the international passport. After a multiple time on trying and have email conversation with the customer support. I finally got my reward from them. Although I uploaded the info through the link that they provided multiple times where a real person do a verification, It all paid off in the end. The customer support is great. however, it could be better and more efficiency. I just cannot imagine my id verification process are take longer than half month.

Frustrating but worth it!! Can be frustrating going back and forth with them about deals i completed nit showing up but its a lot of money and time needs to be put into it...i put in about 60 to 80 dollars and got 750 so it's worth it and i chose good places to donate to (fed starving childre and wild life) instead of time consuming games, but if you have the time yiu could do it without spending. Was worth it and yes you have to submit a picture of your ID but they have to make sure they are not getting scammed also, its a two way street.

This is a different domain name than that of another company claiming to be "Flash Rewards" which is: flashrewards.co. Using the same logo. I have a feeling this illegitimate site is a phishing scam.

Pleasantly Surprised! I went into this challenge fully expecting there to be a catch somewhere along the way preventing me from getting any reward... but low and behold I received my $250 Amazon Gift Card today via email. I spent no money to get it either. Flash Rewards were diligent and speedy about answering my emails when I became confused about something and they were quick to rectify when a deal didn't post in the time frame specified. So a few hiccups along the way but I received good customer service every time. If you have patience, organization, and stick out the process, you can do this! Flash Rewards is legit!
