CAGet my reward! Good customer service, worst automated verification system The automated identity verification process is not smart enough. It is the worst system I ever see in my life. the messages alert after failure are too general. It told me everything but was not helpful. It seems like the system was designed to fail the verification process especially for a people are holding the international passport. After a multiple time on trying and have email conversation with the customer support. I finally got my reward from them. Although I uploaded the info through the link that they provided multiple times where a real person do a verification, It all paid off in the end. The customer support is great. however, it could be better and more efficiency. I just cannot imagine my id verification process are take longer than half month.

CAScam I’ve followed every instructions like they say. Now they saying that a sent edited proof although these are real proof. I did nothing wrong now I’m disqualified. I’m disappointed.

I went into this challenge fully expecting there to be a catch somewhere along the way preventing me from getting any reward... but low and behold I received my $250 Amazon Gift Card today via email. I spent no money to get it either. Flash Rewards were diligent and speedy about answering my emails when I became confused about something and they were quick to rectify when a deal didn't post in the time frame specified. So a few hiccups along the way but I received good customer service every time. If you have patience, organization, and stick out the process, you can do this! Flash Rewards is legit! CAGot my reward Actually not a scam. When I tried to claim they told me that I had already made a claim which I hadn't. Thankfully the investigated and found out that I hadn't made a claim before and I got my physical card and it works. Thank you for resolving everything.
