This process took me an entire month but I finished the deals within days. Customer service needs to be more responsive and faster with their replies. It’s almost as if they don’t answer unless you show them that you’ve reported them to the BBB. Very unfair and not worth the headache.

It is the worst system I ever see in my life. the messages alert after failure are too general. It told me everything but was not helpful. It seems like the system was designed to fail the verification process especially for a people are holding the international passport. After a multiple time on trying and have email conversation with the customer support. I finally got my reward from them. Although I uploaded the info through the link that they provided multiple times where a real person do a verification, It all paid off in the end. The customer support is great. however, it could be better and more efficiency. I just cannot imagine my id verification process are take longer than half month.

I had used any of the things you said and 2.If my other rewards with your program for the other levels I completed- including a game app- hadn't automatically been credited to me. And 3. Why ask for screenshots as proof if you have no intention of using it as proof.
