This process took me an entire month but I finished the deals within days. Customer service needs to be more responsive and faster with their replies. It’s almost as if they don’t answer unless you show them that you’ve reported them to the BBB. Very unfair and not worth the headache.

Not a total waste of time!!! I have to edit this review and change it from 1 to 4. because the day after I left this review, they sent me the $250.00 gift card I was trying to claim. However I feel compelled to leave the brief explanation of my issues below. I got down to the last two games to collect the $750.00. I needed level 10 and lvl 18, they stopped crediting me with lvls at lvl 5 for both even though I was lvl 12 and 19. I conceded and tried to collect the $250.00 visa instead, i met all their criteria, there was always one more hoop to jump through then one more and one more etc until they stated they would not pay up because my mailing address did not match my street address. They accepted my mailing address when I signed up but later rejected it. It took three months to play all the games on the list. I did not spend any money during the process because I did not expect it to be legit.

Provided screen shots as evidence and was accused of using a VPN even though they gave me credit for other tasks completed on the exact same device with the exact same internet. Scam scam and scam. If it seems to good to be true...it usually is. Your response would make sense if 1. I had used any of the things you said and 2.If my other rewards with your program for the other levels I completed- including a game app- hadn't automatically been credited to me. And 3. Why ask for screenshots as proof if you have no intention of using it as proof.

Terms and conditions say ONE PERSON PER HOUSEHOLD CAN CLAIM A REWARD so thats exactly what I did. JUST A REMINDER * check them out on THE BBB the truth is all right there But in all honesty if you want to make a fast and easy 100$ for doing nothing, get it. Get my reward! Good customer service, worst automated verification system The automated identity verification process is not smart enough. It is the worst system I ever see in my life. the messages alert after failure are too general. It told me everything but was not helpful. It seems like the system was designed to fail the verification process especially for a people are holding the international passport. After a multiple time on trying and have email conversation with the customer support. I finally got my reward from them. Although I uploaded the info through the link that they provided multiple times where a real person do a verification, It all paid off in the end. The customer support is great. however, it could be better and more efficiency. I just cannot imagine my id verification process are take longer than half month.
