It seems like the system was designed to fail the verification process especially for a people are holding the international passport. Although I uploaded the info through the link that they provided multiple times where a real person do a verification, It all paid off in the end. The customer support is great. however, it could be better and more efficiency. I just cannot imagine my id verification process are take longer than half month.
