It is the worst system I ever see in my life. the messages alert after failure are too general. It told me everything but was not helpful. It seems like the system was designed to fail the verification process especially for a people are holding the international passport. After a multiple time on trying and have email conversation with the customer support. I finally got my reward from them. Although I uploaded the info through the link that they provided multiple times where a real person do a verification, It all paid off in the end.
