Very pleased customer here! This is my second purchase of a case of the ATG compatible tape runner and I have been very pleased with this product over the years. The quality of the adhesive is equal to the Scotch brand, although some of the rolls are a little wonky at first and need to be flattened out. I also use a chipboard shim over the cartridge to keep it aligned. (I did this with the Scotch brand too). Excellent service and very fast delivery!

Poor communication. I placed an online order, the website listed the item as in stock. Unfortunately five days later I was informed Tape Jungle did not in fact have the item in stock. The tape I had ordered is going to be used to mark a potential trip hazard, therfore it was imperative to get the tape installed. I had to install temporary tape which is now costing me time and money. If the website showed zero in the inventory I would have looked elsewhere. This has put me in an awkward position with my client.

Product Quality Shipping was quick... but overall, I will not purchase from them again. The ATG tape keeps coming off track constantly. Its very frustrating. The tape I received is very poor quality... you get what you pay for, I guess. I will go back to using Scotch brand ATG tape. I would rather pay a couple dollars more for the better quality.
