GBlack of service I placed a small order on July 10. Today is July 20, I haven't a clue where my order is. All of the companies send me a tracking email to give me an idea when the order will be delivered. I did not receive any information from Tape Jungle. I have a feeling because my order was only $40, it wasn't important enough to send shipping information.

GBPoor communication. I placed an online order, the website listed the item as in stock. Unfortunately five days later I was informed Tape Jungle did not in fact have the item in stock. The tape I had ordered is going to be used to mark a potential trip hazard, therfore it was imperative to get the tape installed. I had to install temporary tape which is now costing me time and money. If the website showed zero in the inventory I would have looked elsewhere. This has put me in an awkward position with my client.

GBGreat company! Site was easy to navigate, checkout was a breeze. Selected UPS Ground, the least expensive option, ordered Tuesday night and box arrived Friday afternoon. I have not used the gaff tape yet so I don't have a review of it.

GBquick and painless Had a quick need for 9 different colors of tape. Was able to order the 10pk and even swap out 1 of the colors with another 1 that I needed. Very easy and affordable.

GBNot a true dark blue I was not pleased with this purchase. The description said "dark blue". Very misleading. Not a dark blue at all more of a dark royal blue. Didn't want to spend the money to send back.
