Beautiful Community of Like-Minded People I'll keep it brief and to the point. Goodreads is home to, amongst other things: (a) a huge array of groups to suit your particular reading interests, (b) a great way of looking up books and reading reviews., (c) a nice way to receive book recommendations, (d) an innovative way to track your reading progress and catalogue your own library, Discuss your favourite books and authors with like-minded people. Go on, you know you want to!

I am reading the negative reviews and… I am reading the negative reviews and cracking up a bit. Goodreads doesn't claim to offer reading books online for free. Also, I'm pretty sure that would be illegal. I personally love the app, it generates accurate suggestions based on the books I've read. However, I can tell there are some technical flaws on their end, the app crashes often and is slow in general. Either way, it's free so I can't complain much.

Bon: The Last Highway I recently purchased Bon: The Last Highway by Jesse Fink. What a fantastic book. Not only did I learn a lot about Bon Scott, but also the music industry & all people's views & opinions were expressed. This was not a one-sided opinion piece, it was very broad, informative & soberingly honest, making the reader think as well as enjoy the content. I commend Mt Fink's bravery in getting this out into a second edition, telling more of what should be well known but isn't.

Very shady company! Very shady company who make a big deal about protecting reviewers, but don't take any action once authors breach their policies. An author posted a message threatening me on Goodreads when I gave a justified one star review on their book. Goodreads have a policy against this but they took no action against the author. Goodreads told me to repeatedly send in my complaint 4 times (without explaining why I had to do this, surely one submission is sufficient) but didn't bother to reply to any of them, just ignored me.

I love Goodreads! I love Goodreads! They helped me find my new favorite books! -The Backrooms by Morgan Solis AND Yellow WallPaper A CLASSIC!!!!! I highly recommend it due to their community and underdog finds!
