USOrdered a Ghost Svn4 pixel and received… Ordered a Ghost Svn4 pixel and received it in 6 days. Everything works as it should and it’s a really cool piece. Saber is sturdy, well made, and no real issues. Note: these come directly from the Chinese factory and not a reseller. The quality may vary so my experience may not be like everyone else’s. The fonts are pretty good but not on par with those that have been upgraded with someone like Darkwolf or PO. That said, pretty awesome for a neopixel for $140.

USHORRIBLE Customer Service I could not in good conscience leave a good review for this seller. The product I purchased arrived quicker than expected, and the weathering on it was surprisingly good. The speaker also sounded better than expected. Unfortunately, the threads on the hilt are extremely weak, and multiple parts of the hilt stripped their threads within 10 days of normal use. TXQ promptly addressed this by allegedly sending a new emitter section, which was seized during a customs & border patrol inspection. TXQ claimed this was normal, and that the replacement would still be delivered. It was not. The brass tactile switch also was improperly installed, with the switch split into an installed bottom half, and a top half glued onto the power button, but initially still worked. It stopped working, and the top half of the switch became too misshapen to function. TXQ also promptly sent out a replacement core, which was seized by the USPS for bearing counterfeit postage. TXQ claimed that it would still be delivered. USPS confirmed the package wouldn't be delivered. Subsequently, I requested a final shipment of replacement parts or a refund from the seller. They said they would ship replacements and send me a tracking number the following day. No tracking number was received, and every message I have sent since then has been read and ignored. It's a shame that TXQ's customer service is so horrible, because I really like the SNv4, and the weathering on this saber is truly amazing. But my hilt was only functional for 10 days, and over 6 weeks later, I still have not gotten any replacement parts, repair service, or a refund. I will never buy from TXQ again after dealing with this. Their customer service staff is dishonest and unhelpful, and they do not honor their stated warranty. This has been my worst lightsaber purchase, and my worst experience with an AliExpress seller. I would avoid TXQ at all costs, and buy your sabers elsewhere.

USDon't Buy at TXQ SABER *** BEWARE! *** TXQ SABER RE: Order #TXQ-2627 BUYER BEWARE! Hello... We recently placed the above referenced order. We received the product and briefly examined it. As the battery needed its initial charge, we decide to place it on the charger with the included charge cable. Upon attempting to apply the wrapping on the handle, while charging, the item started to smell, and we initial thought it was the wrap being heated up while charging, but it was not. What we smelled seemed to be circuitry or components, not the wrap, as we later found out. We unpluged it and examined the unit and it did not turn on. There is something wrong with this unit (defective) and it needs to be exchanged/returned. I attempted to call your company twice and the Google Voice message system turned on twice, but no messages were left. Why is the address on the invoice a Great Clips Hair Salon and the address on your website Flora's Beauty Supply that Google Maps states it is "Temporarily Closed"? Something is VERY SUSPICIOUS HERE! Please contact me straight away so as to not delay this matter further as it is a birthday gift. Thank you kindly
