GBWorst shopping experience I ordered a large order and after hours of communication with their customer service, I have been left with an incomplete shipment with no further action is being taken by their people. The order has not been shipped completely and I am still struggling to resolve the matter. After 20 years of on-line shopping, I must admit this is my worst online shopping experience.

GBMisleading product information The information said 430 count and I only received 50. Very confusing. After a week have not received an email back to my response. It looks like they've changed the information on their sight after I ordered

BSI ordered 12 cases of Fever Tree tonic … I ordered 12 cases of Fever Tree tonic water. Many in different size boxes. One box, poorly packed, was crushed and all the bottles inside were broken. Since the box was not wet, and the interior packing was not wet, that the damage happened before the shipper received it. This is the second time this has happened. Not happy, and may not order from you again. Jim Straw

GBOut of Business It seems that as of 7/1/21 the harrisburgstore website is redirecting to a range of scam websites that are infected with viruses and other malware. Although I used the site in years past, it was a good experience. I tried calling the store and the phone was no longer in service. So I am guessing that they are out of business.
