I ordered 12 cases of Fever Tree tonic … I ordered 12 cases of Fever Tree tonic water. Many in different size boxes. One box, poorly packed, was crushed and all the bottles inside were broken. Since the box was not wet, and the interior packing was not wet, that the damage happened before the shipper received it. This is the second time this has happened. Worst shopping experience I ordered a large order and after hours of communication with their customer service, I have been left with an incomplete shipment with no further action is being taken by their people. The order has not been shipped completely and I am still struggling to resolve the matter. After 20 years of on-line shopping, I must admit this is my worst online shopping experience.
