GBWorst shopping experience I ordered a large order and after hours of communication with their customer service, I have been left with an incomplete shipment with no further action is being taken by their people. The order has not been shipped completely and I am still struggling to resolve the matter. After 20 years of on-line shopping, I must admit this is my worst online shopping experience.

GBOrdered six items but received one for the same price as six. I ordered a "pack of six" but only one item was delivered at the same price as the advertised six. I emailed the company and addressed the discrepancy and they did promptly respond that the error was due to a "glitch" and offered to refund my money after I sent them a photo of the box, its contents, and the packing slip which I had fortunately saved.I have returned the item and packing slip in the original box and was advised that I will receive a full refund including shipping fees. There has not been time since I returned the item to receive the refund and I do not anticipate problems. Other than receiving the wrong order and going to the trouble of sending photos via email and having to repack and mail the item back , I have been pleased with their prompt response and willingness to resolve the problem.

PKFake website Fake website. Its a scam. I ordered a product from them, but received something else far less priced from the one I ordered. Scamming people. Beaware !! They are not even replying to the e mails

GBShipping not on time Paid extra for express shipping for my wedding to find out it wouldn't ship on time. So I had to contact ups to pay extra for shipping again. When I contacted Harrisburg they told me they don't have an option for express shipping... then what did I pay extra for...?

GBPicture of product was not what was … Picture of product was not what was sent to me. I tried emailing three times as to how to send the product back and nobody got back to me! You should update your website to remove products that you no longer sell. Very disappointed with the customer service team.
