Ordered six items but received one for the same price as six. I ordered a "pack of six" but only one item was delivered at the same price as the advertised six. I emailed the company and addressed the discrepancy and they did promptly respond that the error was due to a "glitch" and offered to refund my money after I sent them a photo of the box, its contents, and the packing slip which I had fortunately saved.I have returned the item and packing slip in the original box and was advised that I will receive a full refund including shipping fees. There has not been time since I returned the item to receive the refund and I do not anticipate problems. Other than receiving the wrong order and going to the trouble of sending photos via email and having to repack and mail the item back , I have been pleased with their prompt response and willingness to resolve the problem.

Worst shopping experience I ordered a large order and after hours of communication with their customer service, I have been left with an incomplete shipment with no further action is being taken by their people. The order has not been shipped completely and I am still struggling to resolve the matter. After 20 years of on-line shopping, I must admit this is my worst online shopping experience.

I ordered 12 cases of Fever Tree tonic … I ordered 12 cases of Fever Tree tonic water. Many in different size boxes. One box, poorly packed, was crushed and all the bottles inside were broken. Since the box was not wet, and the interior packing was not wet, that the damage happened before the shipper received it. This is the second time this has happened. Not happy, and may not order from you again. Jim Straw

Love the jelly , company does a stellar job The jelly I purchased is hard to locate. I searched Google and found a few places which carried it at exorbitant prices. This company carried it at a reasonable price, site was easy to navigate, communication was thorough throughout the transaction. I will definitely purchase here again and will peruse their other products. Thanks!!!!!

Misleading product information The information said 430 count and I only received 50. Very confusing. After a week have not received an email back to my response. It looks like they've changed the information on their sight after I ordered
