Love the jelly , company does a stellar job The jelly I purchased is hard to locate. I searched Google and found a few places which carried it at exorbitant prices. This company carried it at a reasonable price, site was easy to navigate, communication was thorough throughout the transaction. Worst shopping experience I ordered a large order and after hours of communication with their customer service, I have been left with an incomplete shipment with no further action is being taken by their people. The order has not been shipped completely and I am still struggling to resolve the matter. After 20 years of on-line shopping, I must admit this is my worst online shopping experience.

Shipping not on time Paid extra for express shipping for my wedding to find out it wouldn't ship on time. So I had to contact ups to pay extra for shipping again. When I contacted Harrisburg they told me they don't have an option for express shipping... then what did I pay extra for...?
