They charged the amount, and later I received an email saying that my product was on hold until I called them back to verify the billing address. So after they charged to my bank account? Umm, It's crazy. At the end of the day, I requested a cancellation order because I don't have time to be calling for something already processed but on hold. At the moment waiting for the bank returned the pending amount of $13.80 Conclusion: Go to another place to buy to save time. Thanks

I've ordered from them for years and… I've ordered from them for years and the company has went down hill. I've dealt with very rude customer service many times, many packages have arrived damaged (not packed properly), prices are to high, i've ordered a few items that were incorrectly advertised, shipping rates are to high and very slow to arrive. Walmart & Amazon are cheaper with faster service.

Advertised as "large print" BUT.... Advertised as "large print" when it absolutely wasn't. Then they gave me a hassle about shipping costs when returning the item. They also initially taxed the shipping cost but then only refunded me tax WITHOUT shipping costs. Scam?! I'm contending some of the charges with my credit card since "christian books" wouldn't do the right thing and give me my full refund. I highly recommend you find another company to purchase your books from.

I can't believe that folks are having problems with Christianbooks however I have recommended them successful for years!

Beware! Autoenroll in 16.95 rewards program. I was enrolled in a rewards program on autopay through PayPal for 16.95 recurring DAILY! I bought Easter stationery for the churches I pastor but never enrolled in the rewards program. What a scam.
