GBI ordered a Vines Expository Bible and did not received anything but an empty package. I ordered a Vines Expository Bible and received a empty package. I had a very hard time to contact a representative regarding this matter (without giving my credit card info). The 1-800-247-4784 is to a company that sells medical devices. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Please stand behind the name CHRISTIANbook.com. I paid through Pay Pal.

GBI somehow got enrolled in a “reward” program I somehow got enrolled in their $15/mo membership program. They claimed I knowingly signed up but I do NOT enroll for programs, so it was so super fine print. Do NOT accept a rebate, membership, or rewards program!!! They only refunded part of the charges, basically what I would be able to contest with my payment method. I am so disappointed in this “Christian” company. Guess I’m going back to Amazon and Barnes and Nobel.

GBBeware when purchasing from this… Beware when purchasing from this company. They will automatically enroll you in a $15/mo membership program without your knowledge. I ordered an ACT prep for my son back and June for my son and didn't notice the charge until today. They're customer service representative was not sympathetic at all and very matter of fact. They basically stole nearly $100 from me. Not very "Christian".

GBTerrible Customer Service. Very Disorganized Company! We ordered a school curriculum and we received the wrong book. They apologized and resent the order and then resent the same wrong book again. Now we are two weeks late on the curriculum we need. They said they would send the order with two day shipping and now we get an email that they had their inventory wrong and they cannot fill the order at this time. We called to complain and their was no effort to correct the problem. They simply did not care and when we explained what happened and said we were going to leave a negative review they simply said "ok" with no apology or effort to rectify the problem. Very poor customer service. Very disorganized. This is the second time we've had problems with them listing inventory they don't actually have. We will not support this business again. They have lost us as a customer!

GBNothing but good things to say about Christianbook.com I have been placing orders from Christianbook.com for many years now, and I have always been extremely happy with what I have ordered. They have great products at really good prices, especially when they have sales, which they do frequently. If I am looking for a particular Christian book, CBD almost always has the lowest price. Our local Christian bookstore is now offering price matching so that might mean I will purchase a few more things locally, however, I think CBD has many more products than many Christian bookstores. I am very thankful that I found this company many years ago.
