Another vendor who is owed money. I am another vendor that is owed money by this company. They owe me over $10,000 and they have been giving me excuse after excuse with no payment. DO NOT BUY or DO BUSINESS with them! I am also pursuing legal action against this pathetic excuse of a company.

Top Notch service! I had such a wonderful experience shopping with this company! From picking my crate to their amazing customer service, after I had received my crate I discovered one of the glasses had broken during delivery. I reached out to their customer service via email and very quickly had a response from a very helpful person named Kirsten, she was able to get me a replacement glass with no hassle! Thanks so much and I can't wait for my next box!

I support all american made items I support all american made items. However, my wife got me a 1 year subscription. 1 of the 6 boxes I have received have been worth it. Or worth the money spent on it. Many duplicate items. Or same items just different prints on them. Very disappointing. Would absolutely recommend going somewhere before choosing America's crate.

Taking Advantage of Patriots - Reprehensible! After having no significant issues for the first year, my subscription renewed 10 months ago and I have received exactly ONE crate. The one crate I received only after sending an email inquiry and it was extremely sub par compared to previous crates. We cut them some slack because we know there have been some supply chain issues. But we have not received a single crate since that one 9 months ago. I have requested a refund - no response other than the auto-response saying they would respond within 1 business day. That was FIVE business days ago and NOTHING. TERRIBLE!
