I received a couple decent boxes at the… I received a couple decent boxes at the start of our annual subscription and then really terrible boxes with 2-3 measly items, but then stopped completely. We haven’t received 4 of the 12, and they have dropped off the face of the earth. No communication, nothing to the point I feel like the company closed. But now I’m seeing that others have had communication sine my last attempt Nov ‘22, so they’re just outright ignoring me. My original order was May 2021 - and still nothing.

Far exceeded my expectations America's Crate is probably the bet gift I've ever received. What red-blooded American doesn't want to support American companies and get great stuff? My first box came with two glasses with rounds embedded in them, a Leatherman, a bottle opened, some stuff that makes the campfire change colors, and a patriotic Zippo lighter.

The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars was a shipping mix up but the customer service team was super helpful and got it fixed right away. Probably going to order another for my dad's Christmas gift.

I support all american made items I support all american made items. However, my wife got me a 1 year subscription. 1 of the 6 boxes I have received have been worth it. Or worth the money spent on it. Many duplicate items. Or same items just different prints on them. Very disappointing. Would absolutely recommend going somewhere before choosing America's crate.

From picking my crate to their amazing customer service, after I had received my crate I discovered one of the glasses had broken during delivery. I reached out to their customer service via email and very quickly had a response from a very helpful person named Kirsten, she was able to get me a replacement glass with no hassle! Thanks so much and I can't wait for my next box!
