Another vendor who is owed money. I am another vendor that is owed money by this company. They owe me over $10,000 and they have been giving me excuse after excuse with no payment. DO NOT BUY or DO BUSINESS with them! I am also pursuing legal action against this pathetic excuse of a company.

Don't do it!! Take your money and don't deliver over half of the subscription Seemed like a great way to support American Made Businesses. Except this Business is a stealling American's money and doesn't care. Oct, I paid in full for a whole year of monthly box subscription. I only recieved the first four months of boxes. They were all late. January and February was combined into one box because they were late on delivering. Considering the difficulties at this time due to Covid, I wasn't bothered by this. The issue was that after that I never recieved another box. I sent multiple emails to the company asking for an explanation and to send the remaining 9 boxes or a refund. I never got any response and canceled the subscription after the year ended. This company deserves to be shut down and all the companies contributing products to boxes should pull their items before their own businesses are impacted by the reputation of American Crate!

Top Notch service! I had such a wonderful experience shopping with this company! From picking my crate to their amazing customer service, after I had received my crate I discovered one of the glasses had broken during delivery. I reached out to their customer service via email and very quickly had a response from a very helpful person named Kirsten, she was able to get me a replacement glass with no hassle! Thanks so much and I can't wait for my next box!

Would not refund me but charged for a full year with no boxes! Horrible customer service…. Warned me in November my subscription would auto-renew by email… I demanded it be cancelled immediately (after complaining and returning the last two boxes) and asked for a refund for the first January shipment (that came anyway) and spent hours emailing and calling/contacting customer service! My credit card remains charged for nearly $600 and NO BOXES fulfilled and no refund! This was 2 years ago! Such a scam!

Far exceeded my expectations America's Crate is probably the bet gift I've ever received. What red-blooded American doesn't want to support American companies and get great stuff? My first box came with two glasses with rounds embedded in them, a Leatherman, a bottle opened, some stuff that makes the campfire change colors, and a patriotic Zippo lighter.
