Refunds are few, and you're lucky within a year to receive one. Out of stock items could easily be substituted with another brand, but the head bean counter won't allow it! Morons at minimum wage run shipping. Expert scumbags at this Madoff ponzi scheme. Probably going out of business any day, like they did back in 2001. THEY CHARGED MY CC BEFORE SHIPMENT AND WHEN I HAD TO MAKE A RETURN FOR DAMAGED ITEMS IS WHEN I FOUND OUT THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. THEY ARE TRYING TO KEEP THE FUNDS.
