I ordered a brand new sealed Merman… I ordered a brand new sealed Merman masters of the universe for $28 from this site on November 14. I received the item on December 1. When I notified customer service that my item was received open and unsealed Jose V at big boy collectibles wrote that he would not be able to replace my merman. He sent me a return label and stated that i needed to send my item back to get a refund. I never asked for a refund or a return label. All I asked is for what I paid for which is not what I received. Since the item is no longer sealed it has lost all of its future collectors value. He also stated that he was not responsible for the way usps delivers. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and told him my associates and I will no longer do any business with this company. Ridiculous.

The works are very knowledgeable but… The works are very knowledgeable but the exchange policy on an unopened package from the online store is a joke. They start counting the exchange the second it arrives at the store. Not when you pick it up. I ordered the wrong part and they wouldn’t let me exchange it. Be wary of purchasing anything here. Better off buying stuff on Amazon.
