Shipping date delayed several… Shipping date delayed several times...mislead consumer.. didn’t have product on hand to sell...they str not accepting my cancellation...what’s up with this vendor!!!

They took my money but never delivered my stuff... I have to say I was not very happy with my experience. My 2 stars is only because I haven't dealt with this company in the past but here is my experience. I pre-ordered a product in June. The product hit a lot of store shelves sometime Between September and October. I got no word from them. I finally checked their site and the product wasn't even listed any more. I ordered the same product two days ago from a competitor and its already being shipped. It would have been nice for them to give me some kind of notice that the product was delayed or they weren't carrying it so I could get my money back. Seemed a bit shady to me.
