Never pre order with them! I pre-ordered my item in October. My money was taken almost immediately. I reached out to them for shipment information and was told that my order would be in stock and be shipped in December. It's the middle of December and I still have not heard a received any further information. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

They start counting the exchange the second it arrives at the store. Not when you pick it up. I ordered the wrong part and they wouldn’t let me exchange it. Be wary of purchasing anything here.
