Misleading consumer

GBNever pre order with them! I pre-ordered my item in October. My money was taken almost immediately. I reached out to them for shipment information and was told that my order would be in stock and be shipped in December. It's the middle of December and I still have not heard a received any further information. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
