GBI ordered a brand new sealed Merman… I ordered a brand new sealed Merman masters of the universe for $28 from this site on November 14. I received the item on December 1. When I notified customer service that my item was received open and unsealed Jose V at big boy collectibles wrote that he would not be able to replace my merman. He sent me a return label and stated that i needed to send my item back to get a refund. I never asked for a refund or a return label. All I asked is for what I paid for which is not what I received. Since the item is no longer sealed it has lost all of its future collectors value. He also stated that he was not responsible for the way usps delivers. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and told him my associates and I will no longer do any business with this company. Ridiculous.

GBShipping date delayed several… Shipping date delayed several times...mislead consumer.. didn’t have product on hand to sell...they str not accepting my cancellation...what’s up with this vendor!!!

GB0 stars isn’t an option or they’d get 0! I’m giving them 1 star because 0 isn't an option, first I paid for 1 day shipping on a Thursday night, they didn’t process my item in time to send it out on Friday despite sending me 2 separate emails and a text all confirming my item “had shipped” and “your order is on its way” with tracking numbers. When I called the company to find out why on Monday the item that had been “shipped” the previous Friday was still waiting for ups pickup. Jose V tried to tell me that they don’t offer 1 day shipping, basically calling me a liar when I told him I paid for 1 day shipping, I emailed a screenshot of their website with the more expensive option for 1day. Jose got quiet real fast and put Kim on the line (either the supervisor or owner). Kim’s customer service response was basically tothreaten to cancel the order because I was being difficult, she said that the order had only been processed even admitted that they made a mistake by sending me emails and said that she would have a talk with her shipping department because “people like you read to much into the email saying it’s been shipped” but was absolutely unwilling to refund the $2.15 in shipping difference and just continued to say you’re being difficult so I’ll just cancel your order and you can get your money refunded. With all the other option out there I wouldn’t ever use them again or recommend them to my worst enemy, I feel like the charged me a more expensive shipping charge then they actually used (charged for 1 day paid for normal) and pocketed the difference for a bit of extra revenue, scammers and scalpers, nothing more. I’m sure they’ll respond with som B.S. and have a completely different story but luckily I have my emails and text as confirmation. **EDIT** according to their response their “sorry I feel this way” but that’s apparently that’s not sorry enough to refund $2.13 after failing to live up to their own policy and charge.
